• Order and delivery details: contact information, delivery addresses, purchased items, prices, payment status, transaction references, receipts and shipment tracking.
• Messages and ratings: information you provide in enquiries, support requests and product ratings.
• Technical information: session identifiers and technical or security logs associated with requests to the site, which may include IP addresses and browser information.

3. How and why we use it

We use these details to manage accounts, process purchases, arrange deliveries or installation enquiries, answer questions, handle returns and protect the service from fraud and misuse. Our legal bases include taking steps you request before a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations and legitimate interests such as service security and customer support. Card details entered during checkout are transmitted through our server to LaConnet for payment processing. We retain payment references and outcomes, but do not save full card numbers or security codes. Your bank or payment provider may require additional authentication.

We share the information needed to deliver a service with payment providers, hosting and database providers, our email delivery provider Brevo, delivery carriers and installation partners involved in your request. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud or legal claims. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and browser storage

Essential cookies maintain sign-in sessions and protect forms and checkout. Browser storage remembers your cart, selected currency and recent order reference and access token so you can return to an order. These are not payment card details.

You can clear site data or manage cookies through your browser. Doing so may sign you out, remove your saved cart or prevent access to a guest order from that browser. On shared devices, sign out and clear site data when finished.

Retention varies by record type; account deletion may not remove records we must retain for those purposes.
