1. About these terms

These terms apply to purchases and use of the Skyrim Energy Ltd website. Read them together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the purchase terms shown to you at checkout. Nothing in these policies removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

2. Accounts and responsible use

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding purchase agreement, or have an adult place the order for you. Provide accurate contact and delivery information and keep your password private. Confirm your email to activate your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent orders or ratings, interfere with security, or use another person's payment details without permission. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse or security risks.

3. Products and compatibility

Read each listing's specifications, stock information and warranty details before ordering. Some images are representative; confirm dimensions, connections, voltage, battery chemistry and compatibility for your installation. Solar output and backup duration depend on equipment, sunlight, loads and installation conditions.

Electrical and battery equipment must be installed and used according to manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements. Ask our team for help with sizing. Installation, site assessment and related work require a separate agreed quotation.

4. Prices, payments and order confirmation

Checkout uses the selected currency when supported, or the base currency otherwise. Display prices in other currencies are indicative conversions; your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees. Prices exclude destination duties and local taxes where stated at checkout. Any additional amounts must be explained and agreed before fulfilment.

An order acknowledgement confirms that we received your request; it does not confirm payment. A payment receipt is issued after payment has been verified. Availability, delivery arrangements and any separate installation services are confirmed with your order. If an item is unavailable or a material listing or price error affects your order, we will contact you about a correction, alternative or cancellation and refund of any amount paid for an unfulfilled item.

5. Delivery and tracking

Standard delivery is $25, or free for orders of $500 or more, as displayed at checkout. Provide a complete address and reachable contact details. Delivery estimates depend on destination and availability; contact us before ordering if you need a specific delivery date.

When shipment tracking is assigned, we send the carrier and tracking number by email and display it with your order. Let us know promptly about a missing delivery or damaged package so we can investigate with the carrier.

6. Cancellations, returns and warranties

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, follow the 30-day Return Policy. Faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods are handled separately from change-of-mind returns, and your statutory rights remain in place.

Product-specific manufacturer warranties are described with the product or confirmed with your order. A commercial warranty does not replace rights available under consumer law.

7. Website content and service

Website text, branding and images belong to Skyrim Energy or their respective owners. Do not reproduce protected content without permission or falsely suggest our endorsement. We take reasonable care with site information and security, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or circumstances outside our control.

We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or obligations that consumer law requires us to honour.

8. Questions, disputes and updates

Contact our team first so we can try to resolve a problem. These terms are governed by Nigerian law, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply to you. You may also seek assistance from the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.

We may update these pages and the date shown above. The purchase terms supplied when you placed an order continue to apply to that order unless we agree otherwise or a legal requirement applies.
